2.  Is it safe to use my credit card when I order?
     Yes!  We use the secure merchant account system of PayPal.  It automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the payment without anyone seeing your information.   We accept  Visa and/or Mastercard  credit cards.  We also accept money orders.
 
3.  How will my product be shipped?  What are your shipping rates?

4.  How long will it take to receive my order?
     Usually 7-10 business days.  Guitar Strings and Things is not responsible for transit times.
 
5.  Will I have to pay sales tax?
      We are required by law to charge Louisiana residents  7% sales tax.

7.  What about sale and clearance items?
      All sales on clearance or sale items are FINAL.  No returns or refunds.
 
8.  What if my item is damaged?

9.  What if my item is backordered?
     In the event any item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail.  You can then cancel that part of your order or let us know you wish to wait for that item to come back into stock.
 
10.  How do I cancel and order?
        Please notify us at support@guitarstringsandthings.com that you would like to cancel an order and we will e-mail you back with instructions.  You will receive a credit back to the card  you used for the purchase.
 
11.  How do I track my order?
        After your order has been shipped, we will notify you by e-mail and provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order's progress.
 
12.  Do you take international orders?
        No, unfortunately not at this time.  Only orders from within the lower 48 states.
 
13.  How can I place an order if I experience difficulties with your website?
        Should you have difficulties ordering through our website, please give us a call at (318)992-8440.   We will be happy to take your order over the phone.  If no one answers,  please leave us a message with your name and phone number and someone will return your call ASAP to help you with your order.
